弹道量子收缩中势垒轮廓的光谱学

摘要
我们提出了弹道量子收缩的非线性电流-电压特性理论。非线性特征首先是由于收缩附近杂质产生的势垒轮廓引起的势垒上反射而发展起来的。非线性出现在一个小的电压尺度上，使得确定杂质之间的距离以及杂质势的大小成为可能。
