超导体点接触光谱

摘要
点接触光谱与隧道光谱不同，考虑小尺寸电接触的直接导电性。在正常态下，它可测量电子-玻色子相互作用的谱函数。在超导态下，出现与过电流能量依赖性相关的新特征。电压-电流特性的非线性来源于：i)接触区电子准粒子的无能耗散散射；ii)超导能隙的能量依赖性；iii)非平衡超导效应。我们从实验角度讨论了这些效应。
