摘要
基因表达本质上具有噪声，因为遗传信息读取过程中的许多步骤都是随机的。为了理清此类系统中不同随机性来源的影响，我们考虑了将某些过程描述为随机性而将其他过程描述为确定性的各种模型。我们回顾了无调控（组成型）基因表达的早期结果，并提出了由负自调控控制的基因的新结果，其中细胞生长由线性体积增长建模。
