混合光子探测器与光电倍增管中离子反馈问题的解决方案

摘要
在混合光子探测器（HPD）、光电倍增管（PM）及其他类似探测器中，正离子反馈问题的一个通用解决方案是在其中插入一个永久的静电势垒，防止正离子从阳极或第一打拿极向光阴极漂移。本文给出应用于 Intevac HPD 的方法。
