摘要

为了有效中性化氢和氘的强负离子束，光子靶已被考虑长久时间。传统方法（法布里-珀罗谐振腔）在制造上的吸引力受限于若干严苛的技术要求和巨大的经济成本。本文中，我们提出一种非共振光子陷阱（存储）的新概念，以制造工艺更简单的光学中性化器。
