XRISM上的Xtend系统软 X 射线成像仪

摘要
软 X 射线成像仪(SXI)是XRISM(X射线成像与光谱任务)上安装的Xtend软 X 射线成像望远镜的X射线电尖晶体阵列(CCD)相机。该系统选为Hitomi X射线卫星的恢复任务,于2023年9月7日成功发射。为最大化XRISM的科学产出,我们为Xtend系统设定了要求,并发现与Hitomi/SXI或类似方案(即采用2×2阵列背照式CCD,深度为200微米的耗尽层)在搭配X射线镜组件时,具有实际优势。我们基于Hitomi/SXI设计XRISM/SXI,实现0.4-13 keV能量范围内38'×38'的宽视场。将若干重要改进引入CCD芯片设计,以提升光学遮光能力和抗宇宙射线能力,降低轨道上电荷传递效率的退化。在XRISM发射前,SXI的成像与光谱能力已通过完整飞行模型配置或等效方案在地面实验中得到充分研究,确认满足要求。CCDs的光学遮光能力、制冷与温度控制性能以及对入射X射线的透射率和量子效率也均达到要求。因此,我们成功完成了XRISM SXI的前 flight开发。
