为X射线天文卫星XRISM开发的CCD的光学遮挡性能

摘要

我们一直在为计划于2021年发射的即将到来的X射线天文卫星XRISM开发P沟道电荷耦合器件(CCD)。虽然CCD相机(软X射线成像仪:SXI)的基本设计与失联的Hitomi(ASTRO-H)天文台几乎相同,但我们计划减少“光泄漏”,这是Hitomi数据中公认的最大问题之一。我们在XRISM CCD上采用了双层光学遮挡层,并在其背面额外增加了一层铝层。我们开发了一个新设计的测试样品CCD,并用光学光照射它以评估光学遮挡性能。结果,与Hitomi CCD相比,光泄漏被有效减少。因此我们得出结论,该问题已通过新设计解决,且XRISM CCD满足SXI的任务要求。
