VY Scl星在光学高状态下的软X射线发射

我收集了所有可用的ROSAT观测数据，包括全天景扫描期间的观测，以探讨该类 nova-like 变星在软X射线发射（0.1-2.4 keV）中的存在性、强度及其谱系。共检测到14个VY Scl星中的9个，大多数在光学高状态时被检测到。有趣的是，所有在光学高状态时检测到的星体都具有非常相似的X射线谱特征。我发现，仅用简单黑体模型即可在所有情况下获得较好的拟合，温度落在狭窄的0.25-0.5 keV范围内。就可能的发射机制进行了讨论。
