我们提出平滑 -gram，这是 -gram 的第一个变体，可捕获小编辑距离内的 -gram 对。我们将平滑 -gram 应用于检测由单分子实时测序（SMRT）产生的错误倾向读段重叠对的问题，这是 SMRT 读段从头片段组装的第一个也是最关键的步骤。我们已在一组真实世界基准上实现并测试了我们的算法。我们的经验结果表明，在准确性上我们的算法相对于现有基于 -gram 的算法具有显著优越性。
