带平面缺陷的 Ising 系统相变的磨损效应

摘要
我们指出，带有平面缺陷的 Ising 系统中的相变会被磨损所破坏，即两维上与之相关的无序。由此导致的磨损效应类似于但强于 Griffiths 现象：指数稀疏的空间区域即使在bulk 系统仍处于无序相时也可发展出真实的静态长程有序。接近磨损相变时，序参量在空间上极度不均匀，热力学（平均）序参量随温度呈指数依赖。我们采用极值统计方法来确定其行为，并通过计算机仿真加以说明。
