单粒子无耗散衍射成像与铜纳米立方体的放大自发发射

摘要

我们演示了使用硬 X 射线自由电子激光器中 K α\alpha 荧光强度相关性,对单个铜纳米立方体进行元素特异的无耗散衍射成像(IDI)。将单粒子衍射分类与 IDI 结合,我们以 20 nm 的分辨率恢复了 88 nm 立方体的结构因子,将 IDI 扩展到具有大分辨率提升的不可恢复单粒子 regime。IDI 可见性在 10210^2 J/cm2^2 以上剂量下急剧下降,这与放大自发发射的假设相符。我们的结果揭示了面向未来单粒子 X 射线成像的高剂量纳米成像的基本限制。
