在 CoHo 和 CoDy 合金单层中观察到单脉冲全光 helicity-independent toggle switching。报告一种与迄今为止所观察到的翻转机制相对照的原始翻转机制。表明翻转过程在 μs 时间尺度上涉及域的重新组织/合并和域壁运动。解释了考虑脉冲后不平衡磁化分布所稳定的翻转开关。
