摘要
研究了三元Ba-Fe-As体系，以确定BaFeAs相的初晶区。我们发现BaFeAs相很可能一致熔融，并在FeAs过量或BaAs过量液相中优先凝固。在确定了初晶区后，我们采用起始液相组分为BaFeAs进行了垂直布里奇曼生长。获得了典型尺寸为10×4×2 mm的大单晶，并通过X射线劳厄和中子衍射确认了其质量。
