表面力与磁力的同时定量成像

摘要
我们利用互调原子力显微镜，演示了长程磁力与近表面范德华力及接触力学力的同时定量力成像。200 pN级别的磁力与30 nN级别的近表面力被成功分离。这些力的成像在近表面相互作用的接触和非接触模式下均得以实现。
