硅棱纤波导脉冲两光子吸收的仿真

摘要
对50 fs脉冲在硅棱纤波导上的两光子吸收进行场增强仿真,使用ANSYS Lumerical FDTD进行2D FDTD计算。能量因标准500 nm宽、130 nm高硅棱纤波导(置于90 nm厚硅和3 μm硅氧化物绝缘层上)而被场约束而增强。
