我们使用最近引入的晶格气体自动机模拟自复制胶束体系。该动力学模型正确描述了油、水和表面活性剂混合物的平衡和非平衡性质。这里报告的模拟模仿了Luisi等人的实验，其中辛酸酯通过不混溶的乙基辛酸酯的碱性水解形成胶束。与实验室实验一样，我们发现了一个延长的诱导期，在此期间胶束浓度保持较小；此后，酯被非常迅速地消耗，同时产生胶束。
