基于相似度的信道映射与用户定位预测

摘要
在无线网络中，基站仅基于上行信道测量获取移动用户信息是一项有趣的挑战。事实上，获取用户位置并预测其下行信道对优化网络效率尤为有用。本文提出一种以统一方式解决这些任务的监督机器学习方法。它依赖于基站在运行中可简单获取的标注数据库。所提回归方法可视为以非参数估计器初始化的计算高效两层神经网络。在真实信道数据上针对定位与信道映射任务进行验证，以更低代价取得优于已有方法的结果。
