摘要
我们研究了在电压使得电流特征由单电子隧穿决定的 GaAs/AlGaAs 共挨性隧穿结构的噪声特性。我们在两个耦合态系统框架内讨论了散射噪声的抑制。对于大电压，我们观察到最高可达 Fano 因子 的超泊松式散射噪声。
