摘要
使用超声测速结合流变测量研究了粘弹性有机凝胶的流动行为。我们的凝胶呈现出下降的流动曲线，即测量的应力随施加剪切速率的增加而减小。引人注目的是，我们注意到从速度剖面计算出的局部流动曲线也呈现出下降部分。我们将这一状态归因于样品本体中存在的断裂过程和三维运动。
