摘要
我们采用阶梯状DNA模型的紧束缚方法研究了长DNA链中的电子传输。我们发现表现出绝缘行为，局域化长度 xi 约为25（以平均碱基对间距为单位）。此外，我们观察到lambda-DNA、着色体DNA、启动子序列以及随机-ATGC DNA之间存在小但显著的差异。
