我们对降维方法主 Hessian 方向(pHd)的两种竞争版本进行了敏感性比较。这些比较通过影响函数考察了小扰动对降维子空间估计的影响。我们表明,在某些观测类型存在的情况下,两种版本的 pHd 可能表现出完全不同的行为。我们的结果还提供了证据,表明传统意义上的离群点在实践中可能具有也可能不具有高度影响。由于有影响的观测可能潜伏在看似典型的数据之中,我们在经验情形下考虑影响函数,以便在实践中高效检测有影响的观测。
