摘要
我们提出了一种利用光学和机械模式的不同温度和应变依赖性来稳定谐振光机械振荡器频率的方法。特别地，我们展示了机械谐振器的温度可以稳定到微开尔文水平，而无需外部温度或频率参考。该方法有望达到光机械振荡器的热力学极限性能，甚至超越热力学极限。
