硼亚磷化物 B12P2 的自蔓延高温合成

摘要
提出了两种通过自蔓延高温合成制备 B12P2 硼亚磷化物纳米粉末的新方法。通过在 5.2 GPa 和 2500 K 条件下烧结这些粉末，制备出了维氏硬度 HV = 35(3) GPa 且在空气中直至 1300 K 保持稳定的块体多晶 B12P2。
