摘要
通过采用自组织原则来消除基于公理化系统不完备性K. Godel定理所存在的矛盾，实现神经网络的最优复杂度。采用S. Beer的外部添加原则，实现A. Ivakhnenko的“数据处理的启发式组方法”。
