三带模型中空穴运动的自洽玻恩近似：与光电子发射实验的比较

摘要
在三带哈密顿量的自洽玻恩近似下，计算了CuO₂平面中单个空穴的色散关系。我们发现，直接的氧-氧跳跃消除了空穴谱在带最小值附近的强各向异性。我们的结果与最近在Sr₂CuO₂Cl₂中单空穴色散关系的光电子发射测量结果吻合良好。
