铁电薄膜软模声子的选择性加热

摘要
我们展示了在(Ba, Sr)TiO3薄膜中对软模声子进行0.3 THz频率电磁泵浦的实验研究结果。使用电容温度计和热电偶揭示了声子态的一些特征。通过比较平面电容器电容的变化来估算的软模声子过热被观察到是相当显著的。
