摘要
天文观测即将提供潜伏在银河系中心的超大质量黑洞的首张望远镜图像。事件视界望远镜网络在一夜之间收集的数据量超过了以往任何科学领域所做的任何工作，应在 2018 年期间提供一张重组图像。这一切发生在本文作者完成首次数值模拟的四十年之后。
