展示了单层 WS 薄片的共振拉曼光谱。在共振激发下出现了一个二阶拉曼峰 (2LA)，其与 E 模式的间距仅为 cm。取决于这两个峰的强度比及其各自的线宽，任何忽略 2LA 模式存在的分析都可能导致对 E 模式位置的不准确估计，进而可能导致对层数的错误判定。我们的结果表明，2LA 模式的强度强烈依赖于激发和探测的线性偏振方向之间的夹角，而这一参数在许多拉曼研究中被忽略。
