原子核中F_2结构函数的标度性与x>1处的夸克分布

摘要

我们展示了在Jefferson Lab Hall C对一系列原子核进行电子散射的新数据。对于重核,我们观察到x>1x>1处截面的快速下降,这敏感于核波函数的短程贡献,并在深度非弹性散射中对应于探测极高动量夸克。该结果与更高能量μ子散射测量一致,但与中微子散射测量形成鲜明对比,后者表明在x>1x>1处探测的“超快”夸克分布有显著增强。2^2H和3^3He中x>1x>1处的下降明显更强,但所有较重原子核几乎相同。
