大x区域核结构函数的x与xi标度性

摘要
本文给出了在入射电子能量为4.045 GeV、动量转移范围Q^2 = 1至7 (GeV/c)^2条件下,对^2H和Fe靶的包容性电子散射数据。数据在杰斐逊实验室采集,对应能量损失较低、Bjorken x大于或接近1的情况。在该范围内,结构函数不表现出x标度性,因为非弹性散射预计不主导截面。然而,数据在Nachtmann变量\xi中确实表现出标度性。这种标度性可能是核子结构函数中的Bloom-Gilman对偶性与核内核子费米运动共同作用的结果。标度性向更大\xi值的延伸,为在比先前认为更低的Q^2值下探测高x区域核结构函数提供了可能性。
