摘要
我们提出了一种非平稳协方差函数建模方法，基于 Sampson 和 Guttorp [1992] 的空间变形方法，但使用写为 B 样条基张量积线性组合的低秩、可扩展变形函数。该方法解决了当前计算方面两个重要的弱点。首先，它允许将估计的二维变形约束为在二维中非折叠（双射）。该模型这一要求迄今为止仅通过任意程度的空间平滑来处理。其次，具有紧支撑的基函数使得该方法能应用于环境数据空间监测点的大型数据集。对巴西东南部降雨数据的应用说明了该方法。
