摘要
在 TiO2 终止的 SrTiO3 单晶衬底上,实现了室温下尖晶石氧化铝受控的亚单胞层逐层外延生长。通过调控界面氧化还原反应,在该新型氧化物界面获得了迁移率超过 3000 cm2V-1s-1 的二维电子气。
