压缩感知层析重建中的环状伪影校正

摘要
我们提出一种在压缩感知层析重建中处理环状伪影校正的新方法。该校正作为重建过程的一部分，不同于经典的 sinogram 预处理和图像后处理技术。介绍了压缩感知层析重建的原理。然后，我们展示环状伪影校正可以集成到重建问题的形式体系中。我们给出了模拟和真实数据的数值结果。该技术包含在 PyHST2 代码中，该代码在 European Synchrotron Radiation Facility 用于层析重建。
