重新审视锂插层石墨的畴模型

在这篇快报中，我们通过密度泛函理论和动力学晶格蒙特卡洛模拟，研究了锂插层石墨在 III 阶和 II 阶时畴模型的稳定性。我们发现，与 III 阶和 II 阶的标准模型相比，畴模型在热力学或动力学上是稳定的。近期对锂化石墨的高分辨透射电子显微镜观测很好地支持了插层序列中存在畴的观点。此外，我们预测这种畴阶序列会导致实验中报道的宽范围扩散率。
