重访罗生门：对《两种文化》的评论

摘要
在此，我对 Leo Breiman 教授的《两种文化》一文提供一些思考。我特别关注 Breiman 所称的“罗生门效应”（Rashomon Effect）现象，即存在许多同样满足预测准确性准则、但以 substantially 不同方式处理数据中信息的模型。该现象可能使基于拟合数据的模型得出结论或实现决策自动化变得困难。我将此与机器学习文献中探讨该问题影响的最新工作相联系，并指出应对此问题可成为算法文化与数据建模文化之间富有成效的合作领域。
