绝缘铜氧化物中价态激发的共挥非弹性 X 射线散射

摘要
我们报告了对绝缘 LaCuO 和 SrCuOCl 的共挥非弹性 X 射线测量，实验能量调谐至 Cu K 吸收边。我们表明，这些谱图在第三阶扰动理论下的shakeup模型中可良好描述，模型同时包含incoming和outgoing共振，并演示如何从原始数据中提取光谱函数。我们最后展示了{\bf q}-依赖的电荷传递带隙测量。
