摘要
当相邻势阱中的能级交叉时,由欧姆电阻并联分流的约瑟夫森结的 I-V 特性曲线显示出尖锐的峰。我们使用双阱模型(其中势阱以抛物线近似给出)来考虑这些峰的形状和大小。通过引入具有无穷多自由度的热浴,包含了任意强度的摩擦。
