摘要
进一步研究了非常规超导体之间约瑟夫森隧道结的唯象学。与s波超导体相反，对于d波超导体，描述势垒的隧道矩阵元的方向依赖性至关重要。我们找到了完整的I-V特性，并讨论了这些结的热力学性质。它们对超导体的相对取向敏感。I-V特性不同于正常的s波RSJ类行为。
