摘要
本文从最优性角度研究了每重复两次具有两个区组的可解设计。由于在实践中重复次数通常少于处理数，论证可以基于信息矩阵的对偶，从而用区组重合数来表示。对于给定的区组大小，均衡区组重合数通常（但并非总是）最佳策略。本文建立了各种强最优性的充分条件，并对 E-最优性进行了详细研究，包括对 E-最优类的刻画。研究发现，最优设计对应于平衡数组及其仿射类推广。
