基于智能手机的远程语音采集:重度抑郁症患者的接受度与障碍

使用智能手机在真实环境中轻松录制语音,引发了将语音、远程测量技术(RMT)与高级分析相结合作为研究与医疗工具的浓厚兴趣。要实现这一点,除分析层面的可行性外,还必须确立用户对远程语音采集的接受度。为理解基于智能手机的语音录制的接受度、促进因素与障碍,我们邀请了来自西班牙和英国 Remote Assessment of Disease and Relapse - Central Nervous System(RADAR-CNS)研究项目的 384 名重度抑郁症(MDD)患者,完成一项关于其语音录制体验的调查。本分析中,我们表明研究参与者对完成脚本语音任务比自由语音任务更舒适。对两项语音任务,我们发现抑郁严重程度与国家是舒适度的显著预测因素。未看到语音任务安排的智能手机通知、情绪低落与健忘是提供语音录制最常报告的障碍。
