基于智能手机位置感应数据的抑郁疗效结果跨平台预测

摘要
目前，抑郁治疗依赖于密切监测患者对治疗的反应并根据需要调整治疗方案。然而，使用自我报告或医生执行的问卷来监测治疗反应虽然负担重、成本高且存在回忆偏差。本文探讨了使用收集于智能手机上的位置感应数据来预测治疗结果的可能性。为解决 Android 和 iOS 手机上数据收集的异构性这一问题，我们探讨了使用域适应技术将其数据映射到常见特征空间，然后共同用于训练机器学习模型。我们的结果表明，这种域适应方法可导致优于无域适应的显著预测效果。此外，我们的结果表明，使用位置特征和基线自我报告问卷得分可实现最高达 0.67 的 F1 分数，相当于使用定期自我报告问卷所得的分数，表明使用位置数据预测抑郁疗效结果是一个有前景的方向。
