摘要
在相对论Brueckner-Hartree-Fock(RBHF)计算中，我们在两体传播子中包含显式负能态。这是通过使用经介质效应修正的Gross旁观者方程实现的。定性上我们的结果与其他RBHF计算相符。在一些细节上出现显著差异，例如，我们的状态方程更硬，且自能分量的动量依赖性比不含中间负能态的参考计算更强。
