摘要
Moldoveanu 在最近的两篇预印本中指出，我对 Bell 定理的证伪存在错误。在此我表明这一主张是错误的。特别是，我指出他在两篇预印本中对我提出的局域实在论框架进行了不正确且具有误导性的陈述。此外，他在讨论我的框架时存在若干严重的数学和概念错误。例如，与他的声称相反，我的框架显然是非语境性的。具体而言，在该框架内，量子关联被理解为纯粹的拓扑效应，而非语境效应。
