混沌腔热机中热涨落的整流

摘要
我们研究了介观片上热机中热涨落的整流现象。该热机由一个热混沌腔组成，该腔与一个冷腔电容耦合，后者整流过剩噪声并产生定向电流。涨落诱导的定向电流取决于冷腔接触端对引线的透射能量不对称性，并与温差成正比。我们讨论了热机的最大输出功率及其效率。
