摘要
本文研究利用历史停电记录训练一系列神经网络预测器来预测非计划停电持续时间的问题。基于环境因素做出初始持续时间预测，并利用自然语言处理对 incoming 现场报告文本进行自动分析，根据 incoming 现场报告更新预测。使用 15 年停电记录的实验显示出良好的初始结果以及利用文本后提升的性能。案例研究表明，语言处理能识别指向停电原因和修复步骤的短语。
