摘要
本文提出了一种用于餐厅披萨生产监控的基于区块链的物联网(IoT)系统. IoT设备实时监控温度和湿度,区块链确保数据的安全性和防篡改性. 树莓派处理传感器数据、捕获图像、触发警报并与智能合约交互. 系统检测异常条件,以实现快速响应. 区块链增加了透明度和可追溯性,支持合规性和审计. 实验表明,该系统改进了原料管理,减少了浪费,提高了厨房效率.
