银纳米晶中电子-空穴激发的拉曼散射

摘要

报告了银纳米晶嵌入非晶硅薄膜中的拉曼散射实验。除低频振动四极化模式峰外,还在高频范围内观察到宽带信号,最高值约为 1000 cm⁻¹。该最高值位置与簇半径的倒数的线性依赖性,与单体或集体电子-空穴激发的拉曼散射相吻合。
