摘要
我们估算了在 ATLAS 内层探测器中 GaAs 位置预期的 hadrons fluences 的硬度因子和等效 1 MeV 谱子 fluences。基于此，预测了由不同基片制成的 GaAs 粒子探测器随着 LHC 运行年限的退化。
