Quasitriangularity and enveloping algebras for inhomogeneous quantum groups

Coquasitriangular universal matrices on quantum Lorentz and quantum Poincar\'e groups are classified. The results extend (under certain assumptions) to inhomogeneous quantum groups of [10]. Enveloping algebras on those objects are described.
