作为强引力透镜的类星体提供了探测超大质量黑洞与其宿主星系之间尺度关系演化(特别是 -- 关系)的稀有机会。通过这些强大的探针,可从 Einstein 半径 精确推断宿主星系的质量。在本工作中,我们使用来自 DESI DR1 的 812,118 个类星体(),通过在其光谱中识别背景发射线特征来寻找作为更高红移星系透镜的类星体。为检测这些稀有系统,我们在由真实的 DESI 类星体和发射线星系(ELG)光谱构建的模拟透镜上训练卷积神经网络(CNN),实现了较高的分类性能(AUC = 0.99)。我们还训练了一个回归网络来估计背景 ELG 的红移。应用这一流程后,我们确定了七个高质量(Grade~A)透镜候选对象,每个候选对象都显示出来自更高红移前景类星体的强 [O\,\textsc{ii}] 双峰;四个候选对象此外还显示出 H 和 [O\,\textsc{iii}] 发射。这些结果显著扩展了类星体作为强透镜的候选样本,此前的工作中仅发现并确认了十二个候选对象和三个确认对象,表明了在即将到来的光谱调查中基于数据驱动的类星体作为强透镜发现具有潜力。
